Apache Tomcat 7.0.75/8.0.41 发布

Apache Tomcat 今天发布了两个更新版本，分别是 7.0.75 和 8.0.41.

这两个版本都修复了一些bug，还包括如下改进：

- Add support for varargs in UEL expressions

- Ensure that the endpoint is able to unlock the acceptor thread during
  shutdown if the endpoint is configured to listen to any local address of
  a specific type such as 0.0.0.0 or ::
